Warranty Policy

Lemorele provides a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty for every product purchased through all Lemorele platforms. This Warranty supplements, and does not replace, the rights provided under consumer protection laws. Consumers may choose to request service under this Warranty or under consumer protection law. Warranty Coverage

  • Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Products must be used in accordance with Lemorele’s official guidelines, including the user manual and technical specifications.
  • Applies only to products purchased for personal use, not for resale.
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided when submitting a claim.

ExclusionsReplace the product

  • Products not purchased from all Lemorele platforms
  • Issues occurring more than 1 year after the purchase date
  • Cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, cracks, etc.)
  • Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid exposure, fire, or electrical surges
  • Damage caused by not following Lemorele’s published guidelines, including the user manual or technical specifications
  • Products that have been modified, disassembled, or tampered with
  • Consumable parts (such as batteries, cables, etc.), unless failure is due to a manufacturing defect

Warranty Remedies

If a warranty claim is approved, Lemorele will elect the following remedies:

  • Replace the product with a new one after verification, without requiring the return of the defective unit

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the return policy of the original purchase platform.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide the order number, product details, and description of the issue
  3. Attach photos or videos showing the defect
  4.  Our team will respond within 24 business hours

Limitations of Liability

  • This Warranty provides repair or replacement service only.
  • Lemorele is not responsible for data loss, incidental, or consequential damages (except as required by law).
