This shipping option includes:

Full ground service: Shipments are delivered via truck, reducing transportation emissions compared to air or other higher-emission methods. This option may not be available in all locations.

Emission compensation program: Selected carriers calculate carbon emissions from pickup to delivery and offset these through verified climate protection projects such as reforestation, renewable energy, and waste management.

Shipping Coverage
lemorele orders can be shipped worldwide. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method during checkout. Orders placed by 12 PM (local time) on business days typically ship the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and up to 7 business days for delivery depending on the selected shipping option.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. Please note that shipments to PO boxes and military addresses may be restricted and will be canceled if not supported.

Return Policy
You may return qualifying lemorele products within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact, original tags attached, and resalable. Returns not meeting these requirements will be rejected. Non-compliant returns may be charged to your original payment method or refunds reversed.
Engraved or customized products are not eligible for return.
Enjoy free returns for orders shipped within eligible regions by submitting an online return request at lemorele Returns Portal. Free returns exclude orders to certain remote areas; in such cases, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Submit a Return

For registered users: Log in to your lemorele account, navigate to “Order and Return History,” and submit a return request.

For guest users: Visit lemorele Returns Portal and complete the return form.
After submitting your request, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1 business day. Attach this label to your package and securely seal it.
Choose one of the following return options:

Schedule a UPS pickup: Call 1-800-742-5877 to arrange a free pickup from your address within supported regions.

Drop off at a UPS location: Visit a UPS Drop Off Point near you: UPS Drop Off Locations
You will receive email confirmation once your return is processed and refund issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Exchanges
lemorele does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
