Free Eco-Friendly Shipping: Lemorele is committed to sustainable logistics. Our partners use low-emission transportation methods and participate in carbon offset programs (such as reforestation, renewable energy, and waste management) to reduce carbon footprint. Some shipping methods may not be available in certain regions.
Shipping Methods
- Ground Service: Mainly truck-based transportation, significantly reducing emissions compared to air freight.
- Emission Compensation Program: Carriers calculate the carbon emissions of the shipping process and offset them through certified environmental projects.

- UPS (in cooperation with USPS): UPS Carbon Neutral Certificate
- DHL (in cooperation with USPS): DHL Carbon Neutral Product
Exceptions may apply in some cases.
Shipping Coverage
Lemorele provides worldwide shipping to ensure your order can be delivered globally. Orders placed before 12:00 PM local time are usually shipped the same day, or within 2 business days at the latest. Delivery typically takes 5 to 12 business days, depending on the chosen shipping method. All orders include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package at any time.
Please note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box or military addresses. Customs clearance, holidays, and remote area deliveries may cause shipping delays. We recommend confirming your delivery address before placing an order.

Shipping Notes
- Orders over $169 are eligible for free Standard Shipping.
- Business Express is available only where local warehouses exist.
- Fast Local Delivery prioritizes shipments from local warehouses.
- All shipping methods and fees apply only to orders placed via the Lemorele official website.
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, holidays, or remote locations.
Returns Policy
Return Period & Conditions
- Return window: within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must remain in original condition, unused, with packaging intact and tags attached.
- Non-returnable: customized or engraved items.
- Return fees: Free returns available in some regions; remote areas may require the customer to cover shipping costs.
Items not meeting return conditions will be refused. If a refund was already processed, corresponding fees may be deducted or the refund revoked.
How to Submit a Return
Log in to your Lemorele account → “Order” → submit a return request.
Process:
- After submission, you will receive a prepaid return label via email within 1 business day.
- Attach the label securely to the package.
- Choose one of the return options:
- Schedule UPS pickup: Call 1-800-742-5877 to arrange a free pickup within supported areas.
- Drop off at a UPS location: Please visit your nearest UPS Drop Off Location.
- Once your return is processed and refunded, you will receive an email confirmation. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Exchange Policy
Lemorele does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
